This page discloses the terms and conditions of using this site. You acknowledge by using this site and submitting this order that you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
Fanola reserves the right to amend this site and the Terms and Conditions at any given time.
Upon placing an order or registering with Fanola, you give us permission to add your contact details to our database so we can send through correspondence in relation to ordering, invoicing, shipping and product reviews and ratings.
If you would like to restrict the collection or use of your personal information, you may do the following:
- Log into your account on Fanola.com.au to opt out of using your personal information for marketing purposes
- Choose to unsubscribe at any time or contact us regarding any changes
Prices are all stated Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are GST inclusive. Fanola website and store prices are subject to change without notice.
The current price of each product is displayed on the website at the time in which the order is placed.
Fanola reserves the rights to amend prices of any products in the event that a technical error affects pricing or pricing mistakes are made due to human error.
We advise our customers to choose carefully as we do not give refunds for simple change of mind or wrong selection.
In the case that goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or does not function the way it is supposed to, you can choose between a refund or exchange.
Please ensure to retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be made in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, except when an item is faulty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any items that Fanola deem to be in unacceptable condition (unless faulty) or outside of the timeframe. Fanola will not pay to return items left in unacceptable condition. We take no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest you send the products via registered post.
Values on gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once the item has been received and deemed acceptable by the Fanola’s standards, we will happily refund or exchange it.
When using a promotional code, you agree that you understand the terms and conditions stated below. All promotional codes, offers and discounts advertised online are valid for the specified time frame only and are one time use unless otherwise stated.
All one time promotional codes must be used in its entirety in a single purchase. In the event that a promotion requires one or more items to be purchased to receive the discount on a second item, the discount will be applied to the item with equal or lesser value.
In the event of promotions requiring a minimum order, the amount will not include additional charges for shipping and credits for gift cards in the overall order amount. Fanola reserves the right to terminate or continue any promotions at our own discretion. These promotional codes cannot be applied to shipping, the purchase of eGift cards, GST or other duties.
If you exchange or return an item where the promotional code was attached, you cannot use any promotional codes or expired codes on the replacement or future orders. A credit/refund will be applied for the promotional price charged only.
The promotional items are only valid while stocks last and Fanola will not provide rain checks on items that have sold out.
Fanola reserves the right to refuse to honour third party websites offering promotional codes on Fanola’s website.
Coupon code ‘Insta10’ gives 10% Off your total online order. It requires a minimum spend of $30 and has a maximum spend of $2000. This code can only be used once per customer.
Fanola reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders when a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error. This could potentially occur when an order has been confirmed and payment made. In this instance, Fanola will immediately credit the amounts charged.
This site is owned and controlled by Fanola. All operations and content have been trademarked and copyrighted. All text, site design, logos and images etc. are exclusively property of Fanola and cannot be reproduced, modified, copied, uploaded etc. for any other purposes, unless specified in writing and signed by Fanola.
Any unlawful use of material from this site may breach copyright, trademark or other related laws that may in effect result in criminal charges.
Fanola is not liable for losses or damaged incurred as a consequence of the use of this website, or any website linked to or from this website.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not represent the acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. Fanola reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, regardless of whether an Order Confirmation has been sent.
Fanola has the right to supply less than the order quantity, even without providing notice, even if a confirmation has been sent. Your payment will be amended to match the total.
The order must have obtained pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. Fanola reserves the right to request additional verifications and information before accepting any orders.
Products that are strictly for trade professionals only, such as bleach, peroxides and colourants will only be permitted to trade professionals only.
These products must be used in accordance to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Fanola will not accept any responsibility for misuse or noncompliance with product guidelines and instructions.
This Agreement will be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the State of New South Wales laws, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
If you would like to cancel your order, we will accommodate if the order has not been picked or shipped. If your order has already been picked and/or shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If the order has already been dispatched, Fanola reserves the right to refuse order cancellation. Cancellation is only possible if a request to return the package from the courier company is approved, and a cancellation fee will be charged equal to the cost of shipping to and from the original order destination.
Payment can be made by Credit Card through PayPal or Commweb. Credit card options include Via and MasterCard. All payments made by Credit Card will have a pre-authorisation checks to ensure that there are sufficient funds that are accessible and to confirm legitimacy of payment method. These funds will be frozen and the amount will be charged once the order has been dispatched.
All credit card transactions will state ‘Xx’ as the receiver of the money taken from this site on your Bank Statement.
Direct Deposit Details will be provided when chosen for the payment in the checkout process. They will also appear on the Order Confirmation that will be sent via email. Please sue the order number as the reference when making your payment. The shipment of these goods will not be made until the full payment has been received.

Our shipments are made with Express Couriers and Postage Services. Freight charges are outlined on the Shipping Page and upon order. They may change without notice.
Orders that are placed after midday will be despatched the following business day. If we cannot fill your order within this timeframe, Fanola will contact you using the details provided in the ordering process. Please ensure that all details provided are current.
All delivery times stated here are estimated times only and may vary. Fanola will not be held liable for any late deliveries or losses, damages, expenses, charges or costs that may arise from late delivery beyond our company’s control.
All orders require a signature before release of order. If you would like your parcel to be delivered without a signature, this needs to be specified in the ordering process. If you fail to do this, Fanola will not be held responsible for theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by the shipping provider. All the responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you.
Once your order has been released, you are solely responsible to check the order and inform Fanola of any damages or faults within 2 working days.
Please ensure you check the correct shipping address is stated on the order process and Fanola will take no responsibility for a delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur consequently.
Aurhority To Leave
If you wish to have your item left in a safe spot in the case you are not home, you must select the ‘Authority to Leave’ option.
If you are no home and items are returned to the depot, Fanola reserves the right to on-charge additional freight charges that are incurred for the re-delivery of goods. Selecting this option confirms that you are aware of this.
Same Day Delivery in Sydney Metro
We now offer a Same Day Delivery service on business days only in selected Sydney metropolitan region for a flat rate of $35.
Terms and Conditions For Same Day Delivery
- Same Day Delivery orders must be placed online by 12pm AEST and will be delivered before 7pm AEST on the same day. All same day delivery orders require a person to be available to receive your item/s when the courier arrives unless an Authority to Leave (ATL) has been provided at the time of checkout.
- A re-delivery fee will be on charged to the customer if no ATL is provided.
- Same Day delivery does not apply to PO Box addresses or parcel lockers. They can only be sent to a business or residential address where a person is physically able to accept delivery from the courier.
- If the order is placed on a non-business day (e.g. weekend or public holiday) and the option for Same Day Delivery has been selected, your delivery will arrive on the following business day.
- The option to pay for Same Day Delivery will appear at checkout if you are eligible for this service.
The Fanola website may contain links to other websites. When you click a link to leave our website, Fanola.com.au does not have any control over these other websites.

A wholesaler is not permitted to utilise wholesale pricing to sell online direct to consumers. Where this occurs, a wholesaler will be supplied subject to the trading terms and conditions applicable to online retailers.
